Former Entertainment and Sports Programming Network (ESPN) host and reputable fantasy sports personality Matthew Berry has launched Fantasy Life. The platform is oriented toward fantasy sports and betting and it recently benefited from a fresh update from Spotlight Sports Group.
What Does the New Site Offer?
Fantasy Life has been designed to cater to the needs of fantasy sports aficionados. It provides a plethora of helpful tools and options, including statistics, videos, professional analysis, and various betting and fantasy sports tools. Berry’s platform has already drawn the attention of more than 300,000 people who were eager to subscribe to the fantasy sports-based newsletter running simultaneously with the new site. Active subscribers are eager to stay up-to-date with the freshest news and additions to the site.
Matthew Berry’s Fantasy Life Newsletter has chosen Eliot Crist as its chief executive officer. He will be responsible for maximizing all systems, with special emphasis on the ToolsMaker used to deliver fresh and customized content and enhanced interactivity to the targeted audience.
The Rick Wolf Effect
Berry recently decided to leave ESPN in July after spending a decade and a half making history in the world of fantasy sports. He was also part of Rotoworld, the biggest pure-play fantasy sports platform on the planet. The platform was bought by the NBC Sports Group just one year after Barry joined ESPN.
Berry apparently did not forget his ex-Rotoworld companion Rick Wolf and asked him to join him in a partnership expected to deliver excellent solutions for fans. Wolf is currently the senior vice president of the Business to Business partnerships division for Spotlight Sports Group. The Berry-Wolf combo is a much-anticipated one given Spotlight Sports’ previous “top-notch solutions for many in fantasy sports and sports betting.” The fantasy sports guru with deep connections among sports fans added that anyone interested to “do something right in fantasy sports” needs to find Rick Wolf. The latter added that the duo has been planning to reunite and work together again “since our time with Rotoworld.”
Spotlight Sports alongside Wolf will continue to offer a series of Business to Business services to help the Fantasy Life site grow. The list includes the white labeling of a few of the platform’s proprietary sportsbook technology.
At the beginning of the month, Spotlight Sports Group announced a multi-year deal with LiveScore Group to supply Virgin Bet and LiveScore Bet with Superfeed products.
